OUR MISSION

The Concerto Vocale Foundation works to produce and record musical performances of significant artistic and scholarly interest. A key focus is historically-informed performances of Early Music, the great body of which was written for the church.  As was historical custom, such repertoire often employs choirs of men and boys – and their solo voices – paired with instruments of their period. The Foundation also engages in educational activities, scholarly research, organizational development and commissioning new compositions.
